On a comfortably cool evening in the vibrant heart of downtown, clients, board members, staff and friends of the Bank of Central Florida gathered at the new Winter Haven office, where they were warmly welcomed during a Grand Opening celebration held Thursday, November 17.

Mayor Bradley Dantzler and Commissioners Nathaniel Birdsong, Jr., Brian Yates, and James “J.P.” Powell brought praises on behalf of the city. State Representative Sam Killebrew, chamber of commerce representatives, media executives and community leaders were also on hand to share their support.

The festive event attended by nearly 100 was the formal celebration of a beautiful new full-service banking office, offering both a drive-thru option and indoor offices to accommodate one-on-one meetings. The office officially opened for business on September 13, moving from its previous and first Winter Haven location which opened in 2018.

“This wonderful new location is another step forward in fulfilling our Vision 2025 initiative,” said Paul J. Noris, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. “The enthusiasm and ambition of our team members is contagious. We love what we do and are grateful for the support of the Winter Haven community and our neighbors in the heart of downtown.”

City officials are equally grateful for the presence of the new office in a highly visible and growing part of town. “We are so proud of this new building and the commitment made by the Bank of Central Florida,” said City Commissioner J.P. Powell. “I’ve watched them build this office from the ground up, and I am very impressed with what I see this evening.”

Among the dozens of board and team members welcoming attendees to the gala were Commercial Relationship Managers Bo Boyte and Nicole Irby, and Professional Relationship Manager Carman Rich. Click HERE to learn more about Bo, Nicole, Carman and the rest of the Winter Haven team
