Experience & EDUCATION
Miranda Pedersen started her banking career in 2003 at SouthTrust Bank and has worked in both Retail and Commercial Banking for Community and Middle Market banks. Since 2005, Miranda has worked in the Tampa Bay Market cultivating relationships with business owners and entrepreneurs focused on growing their businesses. Miranda helped open the South Tampa location of Bay Cities Bank in 2007 and in May of 2013 moved to the Treasury Management group to further her banking career. She has worked with Centennial Bank after the Bay Cities Bank and Centennial Bank merger and most recently worked with Woodforest National Bank.
Ms. Pedersen was the S.T.Y.L.E. (South Tampa Young Leaders and Executives) Chair for the South Tampa Chamber of Commerce from 2009 to 2010. Miranda is a black belt in Okinawan Goju Ru and a runner, recently completing her first full Marathon in London. She hopes to publish her first children’s book soon.
